SPXY-2LSF Hollow Molding Machine

This machine is a microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic proportional plastic blow molding machine, available with single-mold frame, double-mold frame, single-layer, and double-layer configurations. It also features optional add-ons such as visible viewing windows and in-mold labeling systems, along with a single mold head. Additionally, it can be equipped with an automatic sprue-cutting conveyor belt system and an automated edge-material recycling unit. The machine is capable of producing 2-3L hollow products.

SPXY-1LDF Dual-die head Frame

This series features a duplex, hydraulic, small-scale blow molding machine that delivers high speed, exceptional stability, and energy efficiency. It’s the ideal choice for producing pharmaceutical bottles, cosmetic containers, nylon bottles, and more. The machine offers optional single-head, dual-head, triple-head, and quad-head configurations, and can also be equipped with an automatic sprue-handling conveyor system. It is capable of manufacturing hollow products ranging from 0.005 to 0.08 liters, with a daily production capacity—operating 24 hours—of approximately 20,000 to 60,000 units.

SPXY-2LDBF Series

This series features a hydraulic proportional control system and imported electrical components, ensuring fast, stable, efficient, and energy-saving performance. Available configurations include single-mold frame, dual-mold frame, single-layer and double-layer models, as well as options ranging from one to four mold heads. An optional automatic sprue-handling conveyor belt is also available. Ideal for processing various types of plastics such as PE, PVC, PP, PA, ABS, and EVA, this series can produce hollow products ranging from 0.05 to 2 liters, with a daily output capacity of approximately 12,000 to 60,000 units (based on 24-hour operation).

SPXY-2LDTF Series

This series features a hydraulic proportional control system and imported electrical components, ensuring fast, stable, and highly efficient operation with excellent energy savings. Available options include single-mold frame, dual-mold frame, single-layer and double-layer models, as well as single-head to four-head configurations. An optional automatic sprue-handling conveyor belt is also available.

SPXY-5LSBVF

This series features microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic proportional plastic hollow molding machines, available with single-mold frame, double-mold frame, single-layer, and double-layer configurations. Optional add-ons include visible inspection systems and in-mold labeling options—from single-head to four-head models. Additionally, customers can choose from automatic sprue-handling conveyor systems and automated edge-material recycling units. These machines are capable of producing hollow products ranging from 0.5 to 5 liters.

SPXY-20LS-220LS

Large-scale adhesive-storage hollow molding machine featuring a human-machine interface, offering simple operation, high stability, and rapid color changes. Optional configurations include 10-point, 30-point, 50-point, 100-point, and 200-point material preform wall-thickness controllers. The adhesive-storage head can hold between 3.5 to 20 kg of material, enabling instant extrusion of uniform-thickness preforms—perfectly suited for integration with robotic arms.
